TURN AROUND, RIGHT
"I haven't thought that much about kids, though I feel like I probably should. I'm 28 and if my mom didn't have a grandkid already she'd be completely in my grill about it." Percy said, "I don't feel very strongly either way, I think I'm great with my nephew, he's 2 and there's twins on the way. I do like taking care of things, which is why I have plants and cats. But I'd be ok with whatever my wife wanted as long as it's a decision we make right away. Oh and as long as we don't like come out the gate and start having kids right away. I think I need at least a year or two between major life changes."
"What about you? Got any kid related dealbreakers?" |

"I don't really have any dealbreakers, except I don't want more than maybe two or three kids maximum. I don't think I could handle the shop and a bunch of kids. Do you believe in the stay at home parent? Or working parents?"
"Finally! Now where are you? I believe I'm owed a hug," Speyeria said with a chuckle once she heard the voice.

"Less than three sounds pretty good to me, with seven cats I really think I have to cap things off at father of ten," Percy said with a laugh. "I think it's whatever works for the family, mine's not what I'd call normal but my family all works together. My mom mostly worked from home so she was kinda like a stay at home mom. I work from home most of the time too."
He jumped when he heard the automated voice. "Sheesh that scared me!
He listened for footsteps and moved in that direction with his 5'11 slender body. Percy is built like a dancer, lanky with lean muscle and wearing a cozy cartigan over a t-shirt and jeans. His hair is wavy, medium length and he has dimples when he smiles.
"It's right here," He said softly when he found her and gave her a warm hug. |

Speyeria chuckled. "Talk about a full house. I definitely wouldn't be ready to give up my shop to be a stay at home mom, however. But that's fine by me, as long as whomever I'm with doesn't kind being at home with the children. But there's no rush to have kids either.
Speyeria was 5'11" and wearing jeans, a loose blouse, and sneakers. Her body could be described as curvy yet fit. If Percy felt for her hair or face, he'd find that her hair was a little past shoulder length and full, yet wavy. Her ears contained one earring in the right lobe, and three earrings climbing her left ear. She smelled like a combination of hyacinth and roses.
She held him close in the hug for as long as he let her. "This is nice. No need to rush things more than they need to be."

"Ooo you smell so good, like flowers, I kinda imagined that." Percy said warmly, just nicely holding her, though he didn't quite know what exactly to do in this situation. "Well I already work from home most of the time, just gotta leave to go to the studio sometimes, Nashville every couple months but like I'd try to bring my wife and kids with me if I have them considering technically my boss is my dad and all."
"But yeah, this is just so nice, and relaxed. Dean looked like a heart emoji on day one and I found that absolutely terrifying," Percy said, with a light chuckle.
"I just want someone that can have a nice relaxed and happy life with me, one that can survive West family traditions though. So in case it's a dealbreaker, my family can be... a handful. My mom is the best and she's got the best intentions and she's just a bit... overly enthusiastic sometimes." he said with a fond laugh. |

"What kind of traditions? My family has a few of their own, and I'd hate to clash." She reached up and felt his hair, then ruffled it.
"Not to mention my man has to be able to handle my brothers. They can be a handful."
She sat on the floor, tugging on his arm to encourage him to sit with her. "I suppose it's against the whole point of this thing, but don't you hate that we can't look at each other to talk? I feel like I'm on the phone in virtual reality."

Percy joined Speyeria on the floor. "Ok so my mom really loves holidays. I mean like REALLY loves holidays so she's just a bit over the top with them. Oh and matching sweaters, she loves them. I think Christmas tree searching is her biggest one, we do it right after Thanksgiving and my birthday is like the week before or so." Percy said, not being able to help the laugh that came with it. "I've got 3 sisters, two of them as extra as my mom. I've never had brothers, always wanted one though. Tell me about them."
"And yeah, this is so weird right? It's like... talking on the phone but I can still hold your hand." Percy said, reaching to hold Speyeria's hand. "But I can say, it's better than the one experience I ever had with online dating."

"Oh," she said with a short pause. "I love the holidays, but not itchy sweaters or real Christmas trees. Fire hazard. I definitely wouldn't want to ruin tradition, however, I just....not a real tree at my house. Sorry."
"My brothers are all nutty. I told you my name is the scientific name of an endangered butterfly, right? Well all my brothers are named that way too. They can be 'helpful' when it comes to my relationships, but a lot of guys find them to be a dealbreaker."
She grasped his hand, and gave it a gentle squeeze. "I'm a bit of a tomboy thanks to them, and I can be... passionate...when it comes to games. I like being outside and playing in the dirt with my brothers. Or just watching a good rainstorm."
"What kinds of things do you enjoy doing when you can get outside?"

"Well the sweaters aren't itchy, just coordinated. My mom wishes she could make them and be Molly Weasley, but no she just orders them," Percy said with a laugh, "How many brothers do you have? What are their names? Your parents sound really cool and creative. I totally get it on the crazy siblings, I think my sisters try really hard to be helpful but they get a little... overbearing sometimes. I think I missed out on a lot of the sibling rivalry because they were too busy trying to upstage each other."
Percy squeezed Speyeria's hand back. "I love rainstorms, can't say I'm very sporty but I do like taking hikes, one of my cats actually likes to go with me on them. I ride my bike down to the beach sometimes too. Oh and I'm pretty competitive when it comes to scrabble."
