Parker's house

So when I got out of Cornell, there was a really pretty looking signing bonus I had, so I put down a large downpayment on my first house with it. 
I actually remodeled the entire interior myself after, I am an architect after all, but this is my 3 bedroom house just outside the city in San Diego. 




The first thing I did, was change the staircase to something a little more fun, like this:

This idea was really really awesome at the time, but now it's kinda a total pain in the ass, I put a hot tub in my living room 

The other half is more boring though

Ok so I thought a hidden door would be hilarious, so the guest bedroom is behind one.

Ok so for the last bedroom, it used to be my ex's office and I haven't really had time to redecorate it well so it more or less is going to stay like this until I go buy another bed or something. Yeah, I make epic blanket forts and yes I do go sleep there sometimes because it's more fun. 






I've always wanted a claw foot bathtub, don't judge me
