First Dates- Parker - Very cute and sweet, he was flirty and fun. We got into some pretty deep discussions and I felt like maybe there was a connection there, he said he told me things that he hadn't talked about in a long time and that made me feel good and special, like we could build on that bond. He's a travel blogger, so he travels a lot of for work. I feel like that sort of lifestyle would be a bit out of my comfort zone but it could be really exciting as well, especially if it was with someone I loved and trusted. I think I'd like to go on another date with Parker and find out if we have a connection.
- Dean - Definitely intimidating. He seemed really nice but we really didn't have a lot in common, he's much more social and outgoing than me and I'm not sure I'd fit what he's looking for...
- Penn - He was really sweet, he seems like a genuine, chill guy and I could see us getting along pretty well and our lifestyles meshing. There wasn't really a...spark though...
- Blake - He was cute and fun! He's a doctor, which is honestly pretty amazing. We talked about cooking and said we'd exchange recipes. He made me laugh by telling about the Dwight impressions he does with his coworkers. He said he really wants a family and kids. I actually really like him a lot. I'm a little worried that a lot of other girls will like him too. Or that I won't be interesting enough to attract a guy like that. But I'd like the chance to try.
- Percy - The cat guy. He has seven cats! SEVEN! He loves them a lot! It was pretty cute, also...maybe a little bit weird but not enough for me to cross him off my list, especially as our conversation continued. He's a violinist and songwriter, which is pretty cool. He went to Italy for a year, speaks Italian, AND can dance! Honestly, he's pretty dreamy.
- Alex - He's a musician, we talked about his career a little bit. He seems like a very understanding person and someone who fight for the one he loves. I felt safe talking to him. I even cried a little bit, oops, I hope that didn't scare him away. I think there may have been a little connection there.
- Trout - We didn't talk all that much actually. He's a web developer which I think is pretty cool. I found out he's not an outdoorsy kind of guy and likes DnD. He seems interesting but I'm not sure we connected all that much.
- Liam - Never showed up to our date. Maybe he already found someone he liked...or forgot about me?

Second Dates
I forgot to journal about my second dates, let's see what I can remember, everything has changed so fast.
I had date with Parker, Percy, Blake, and Alex and they all went really well though. I think they are all great guys!
At first I was pretty intimidated by Parker's lifestyle and traveling and all that but the longer I talked to him the more excited I got about joining him on his adventures. Life with him sounds fun, exciting, and full of love. We definitely had moments of strong connection too and things in common and I looked forward to seeing more of him.
Percy is also really cool! We have a lot in common and I felt like our lives could definitely work together. It was fun to imagine and I loved hearing about his family. I'm a little concerned about taking second place to his cats though.
Blake is so awesome! He had set out a picnic for me which was so sweet and the food he made was very tasty. I found out that he is foster child and was never adopted. It broke my heart. But he really wants to be a dad which I just find absolutely swoon worthy, plus he's a doctor. I mean, come on, who wouldn't want to bring a guy like Blake home? Though I definitely started questioning myself by the end, to not fault of his.
Alex is incredible. He made me feel super special. He sprayed cologne on a blanket and I loved that touch. He also brought the most delicious dessert, a creation of his own and it was to die for! We talked about music, about someday getting a dog, his family, and his tattoos (a fascinating surprise and one I found I wasn't bothered by in the least). I found it so easy to just imagine our life to together and honestly it sounded pretty amazing, like everything I could ask for in a marriage and a life. He also told me that basically at this point he's only in this for me and while I felt a bit of pressure because of that, mostly I felt...excited! He also really wants kids and I just...is it weird to sigh while writing in your journal, because he gives me so many butterflies.

Third Dates
I didn't get another date with Blake today, which was a bit of a bummer.
My date with Alex was, well, phew! There are no words! It was absolutely INCREDIBLE to hug him and kiss him and just be loved by him. Also he has a lip ring! Totally a surprise! I've never kissed someone with a lip ring before but I found I definitely didn't mind it. In fact, it was pretty sexy! GOSH! Our date was just so incredible and I knew by the time we ended our date that he is the one for me! I can't wait until our next date!
Which brings me to Parker. After my date with Alex I knew I had to say goodbye and I knew it would be hardest to say goodbye to Parker. I like him a lot and he's such a great guy and I really could picture our lives together. If things hadn't been so intense and amazing with Alex I would have really liked to keep dating him. Still, as hard as it was to say goodbye, I am really REALLY happy with my choice.
The date with Percy was much the same, I needed to say goodbye. He's such a sweet guy and I hope he finds someone to love him and all his cats.
