First dates have been completed and they went well for some people and not so well for others. You submitted your list to The Producers of the top 4-5 people that you wanted to see again and The Producers organized dates as accordingly as they could. If there was someone you missed out on, there will be chances in the future.
The second round of dates will be twice as long as the first. You will have 4-5 dates total this round. For the second dates you are given full freedom to use your creative/romantic juices! If you want to provide food for your date, or a game, or basically anything you can think of then please free to do so, The Producers will provide what you need! The only rules are that you have to stay in your own pods. No seeing each other, no touching. So have at it and have fun!

Alex had a lot of setting up to do. There were string lights around the pod, two blankets spread out on the couch, the blanket even had a spray of his cologne on it (when he wore it that is) it was an earthy smell of coffee and cocoa. On the table was a bouquet of Gladiolus flowers and a small note written in light blue ink in calligraphy 'The Gladiolus Flower, The flower meaning the strength of character' there was a mug of hot chocolate and a small box. "Good Morning!" There was his voice when the door was open. "I hope this isn't too much.."

Cleo didn't like to give people more work than they needed to do, so she had done the setting up herself rather than asking the Producers. For Alex she given him a bottle of whiskey with a glass next to where he'd find the usual choices of refreshments and a burned CD of some of her favorite songs from the 2000s.
As she stepped into the pod there was a little squeak of delight upon seeing the string lights and walked around the room. "Alex I love it!" She told him after he spoke and there was the sound of her sipping the hot chocolate and then a deep inhale. "Is that your cologne?" She asked with a smile in her voice.
"You said last time that you weren't satisfied with the drink choices and that you were a whiskey and rum guy. I don't know what makes a good whiskey to be honest but I hope it's better than last time." She said with a soft little laugh.
"What is this box?" She asked him.

"I'm really really glad you do. Yeah it is, I dunno I thought it may kinda make it a bit more..I dont wanna use intimate but thats kinda the word? Make it a bit more real?" There was a small awkward laugh from him. "You are an angel." There was the sound of him opening the bottle and a deep breath. "It's good, It doesn't take a lot to make me happy, heck a fast food meal and the cheapest bottle of whiskey would bring a smile to my face..so you've outdone that." He let out another laugh.
"Ok, I promise I did not jump the gun.. Inside the box is my own creation, my comfort food when I need a little something.. It's a fudge brownie with chocolate and caramel sauce, mini marshmallows and a cherry ontop..It sounds like it's a lot and it is." He laughed once more happily.
"Your turn.. Whats on the CD, I'm dying to know because no one has ever burned me a CD before and that's some classic romance right there."

"'Real' sounds like the right word. It helps put something more physical into what has so far been a relationship that's anything but." She said softly. "I love the smell, it's something I could melt into."
She chuckled gently as he praised her. "Oh good, I'm so glad you like it."
She laughed brightly as he promised that he didn't jump the gun and there was the sound of her mug being set down on wood and the box being opened. "Holy crap, this looks incredible!!" She immediately dug in and moaned in at the taste. "Yep, incredible. WOW!" She exclaimed after a moment of savoring.
"I couldn't resist, all that talk of music." She admitted. "You said you had a weakness for songs from the 2000s, so it's some of my favorite songs from that time period too, and some of my guilty pleasures for laughs." She told him.

"Well I'm glad you like it.. I always thought it was kinda a self absorbed thing to do.. but in this situation ya know?" He chuckled beginning to relax. "Well that is the smell you're gonna get when I give you the biggest hug I can.. Well.. tallest hug, I'm pretty thin so I cant call it a big hug."
There was a laugh and a clap of his hands as she discovered the brownie. "Im glad you like it! I figured comfy would be something safe to go with here, comfortable food and surroundings." He let out a chuckle.
"Be warned I am a total snob...not really I like so much weird shit but you can totally catch me singing lizzo on some days... I'm actually really excited to listen to this, I feel like you can get to know a lot about a person from their favorite songs."
"..So speaking of favorite songs.. do you have one in particular? Or are you like me where it changes day to day?"

Cleo chuckled softly. “Well I’m pretty small size wise, so basically anything will feel like a big hug.” She told him. “I’ll definitely be looking forward to that day. You said tallest hug though, how tall are you then?” She asked. “Am I allowed to ask that?” She said wondering.
“Let’s see, there is ‘I gotta feelin’’ from the Black Eyed Peas, some early Lady Gaga, I love early Gaga. The Thong song just for funsies.” She said with a laugh. “‘Yeah!’ from Usher, I even snuck in a N’sync song.” She explained.
“Oh that’s hard! I don’t think I could pick one favorite song. Not a chance.” She said. “‘Jessie‘a Girl’ is one that always make me smile. Right now I’m liking ‘ocean eyes’ from Billie eilish, ‘circles’ from post Malone, ‘blinding lights’ from The Weeknd, and ‘devils in the canyon’ from the strike.” She said. “I really love a variety of genres though. Do you have some go to songs or artists?

Alex burst out in a laugh. "Oh this is gonna be great.. I'm Six Five.. But I usually wear some sort of combat boot and theres always a lift to em. I'm pretty sure general stuff is fine as long as we aren't overboard.. But yeah I am really tall and skinny." He chuckled slightly
"Thats a wide gap from what I usually listen to but not a bad selection at all, I'm excited to listen to this later ." There was a small laugh and a groan, sounding like someone stretching.
"Hmm Painkiller by three days grace is a great song, most of their stuff I love, I like Breaking Benjamin.. Dear agony probably is my go to from then. Bring me the Horizon is amazing but I like their acoustic stuff over their actual records usually.. their producer did them dirty. Yellowcard is good.. If I had to pick a favorite song today..." He cleared his throat a little his voice wavering. "..b..bruises and bitemarks by good with grenades.. Do not judge me by the title."

“Six five, wow! Definitely not short.” She said with a kind chuckle. “I’m around average at five eight and I’m on the thin side as well.” She told him. “I don’t know if I’ve met someone more than like six three. I’m just glad I’m not a shorty.” She gave a small laugh.
“Ok cool, I have heard of at least some of those.” She said a little guiltily. “I really want to hear your music sometime.” She told him.
“Okay, so what else, do you have pets? Or want pets?” She asked.

"That's good news! I don't have to break my spine to kiss you. Don't get me wrong I dont mind short average or tall girls, but my spine thanks you for the ease." He laughed as he spoke.
"Hey, thats better than I will ever expect, I feel like when you get into a relationship with someone you eventually both learn each others music taste..Mayybe.. If I get a third date I can burn a song or two I've done onto a CD for you." There was a hint of shyness in his voice.
"Pets! I don't have any now, My parents have dogs so I see them all the time when I go for dinners, but I plan on getting a dog, heck even a cat maybe after all this. I miss a dog curling up in bed with me.. What about you?"

"Really?! Oh please do! I'd love that Alex!" She said about him burning her a song or two. "I do have a theory that people do start to sort of melt into each other as they day for a long time...gaining each other tastes for things and opinions. I guess part of that is from personal experience and part from how I've seen other people change when they date someone for a while." She explained.
"Oh fun! I don't have any pet at the moment. Mostly because I live with a roommate and I prefer to study at school rather than at home and I wouldn't want to leave any sort of pet responsibility to my roommate. I considered something low maintenance like a cat, but just haven't yet. I definitely wouldn't be opposed to getting a pet. Are you a big dog guy or a small dog guy?" She asked.

"Alright I am making a note in my book to burn you a song or two and to draw a little heart on the Cd for flattery points." He chuckled a small bit. "No I agree with that, over time people just naturally kinda absorb elements of eachother, I wouldn't really know on the dating aspect, I've uh.. Never had a girlfriend before." He said the last part awkwardly.
"I live alone in an apartment so I have the luxury of getting an animal at least and with my job I have a lot of free time.. I am an all dogs kinda guy, I just love dogs period and naked cats."

"Oh really?" She asked curiously without judgement. "I dated a lot in high school but I've only had one boyfriend and haven't really dated at all since things ended with him. I'm surprised you haven't had a girlfriend, you seem...you seem really awesome Alex." She told him a little shyly.
"Naked cats?" she said with a laugh. "I guess they're cute in their own kind of way." She giggled. "Why naked cats?"

"Mhm.. Never had a girlfriend, or done any dating, You can make your own assumptions as to what that means for anything beyond that. I got bullied a lot in highschool and I kinda had my own problems that I didn't wanna involve anyone else in.. after that no one really interested me.. I was handed a few numbers and asked but I just wasn't interested if that makes sense?"
"Though I can fully say...I'm really interested now.." He added the last part with a shy tone to his voice.
"Yep naked little wrinkle cats, I just think they're really cute honestly, and they like little sweaters and I just wanna put one in a little sweater and watch its weird naked little body run around."

She giggled delightedly as he talked about the cats and their sweaters. "Okay, that would be pretty fun to dress them up." She had to admit.

"Either way things go here, I'm glad I came.. kinda made me re-evaluate a lot of things in my life."
"I just like the idea of small animals in clothes, I guess I just love cute things."
"hmm, on a non day of work I stay up a bit late and sleep in, make some breakfast and spend the day either jamming at home, writing music or just picking up hobbies. I like being at home a lot on my days off aside of maybe picking up coffee at a local cafe. If its a night I am working I tend to get up a bit early, warm up in the mornings, go for a jog and all that. My days are pretty boring usually honestly...What about you?"

"Oh, I definitely love cute things! I also always gush at anything tiny. From tiny figures of something to tiny animals. A tiny version of something always make me smile." She said with a little giggle.
"Oh that's sounds nice and chill, I love that. Let's see. On a typical school slash work day I get up early to shower, get ready, and eat breakfast, usually just a quick protein shake or a bowl of cereal. Then I head to school before going to work in the middle of the day then back to school for a few later classes before heading home, grabbing a quick dinner and relaxing in front of the tv for an episode of something before going to bed to do it all over ago. Not super exciting. My weekends are spent with a mixture of studying, watching tv, sometimes cooking or baking if I'm in the mood, and occasionally going out with friends to dinner or a movie or something." She told him.

"It would be nice not to always study alone, even just having company would make it a more enjoyable activity."
She giggled softly when he said 'other than you?'. "Well now I'm blushing." she said sweetly. "Oh that sounds so nice. I do love the background noise of people around me, it's somehow so comforting. I also love people watching, it's remarkably entertaining."
"Well other than tiny things and people watching, I love being out in nature and just listening to the sounds of the world. Especially if I can get far enough away from the city."

"See I can be useful.. Honestly I was never too good in school, I think music classes were the only thing I was good at, that and gym.. I can totally provide study snacks and company though." He said with a chuckle.
"That was the goal, I'm really bad at flirting, trying to get better at it. He laughed. "We will totally go people watching together. I know this really cozy café that has amazing tea..like the coffee is great but the tea is amazing. I used to work there, now I just enjoy going."
"So a plush camping trip is totally in order? Sleep under the stars and get away from it all, toss our phones in a bad and shove it in the glove box?" He sounded like he was already dreaming of it.
