As the third dates were started you were told that this date would be much different than the ones you've experienced so far and they would take place in a location other than the pods. No real hints were given other than considering sensible shoes and maybe not going in your pjs.

Instead of being taken to the pods you are lead to a completely new part of the studio and a door you've never seen before. The door is opened for you and you step inside to a completely blacked out room save for one blue light that allows you to see the dimensions of the room. You step inside an approximate 6ft by 6ft space and you see a path ahead of you. As the door closes behind you, the light goes out, completely blinding you.
A recorded voice in an almost robotic tone plays overhead.
"Welcome to the blind maze. You may not be able to see but you can feel your way through. To get a visual, the maze is a square. You and your date are on the upper two corners of the square and the exit is at the bottom in the center. You must first find each other and then find the exit. You will be able to hear each other. Best of luck."
A small ding was heard that signified the beginning of the maze.
As you head down the path that you saw before the room went dark you eventually feel your way to your first turn. Do you go LEFT or RIGHT?
GUIDELINES:
- The maze is dark enough that you can't even see your hand in front of your face. You'll have to use feel to guide you through the maze.
- I will keep on top of these dates to guide you and tell you if you chose correctly. (Post order: Person A, Person B, Me. Person A and Person B can switch if you would like to. So if GIRL is A and BOY is B. Then it could go A, B, Me, B, A, Me if you want to)
- To make it easier for me so I don't have to read every single post please put the choice you make AT THE TOP of your post IN CAPS so I can see it easily!
- You may talk and chat while you try to move through the maze.
- Once you find each other you MAY touch, hug, etc one another! Yay! Due to this, you will also be able to describe certain physical descriptions of yourself. Remember that you can't SEE each other, only feel. Things you can describe if hands find their way there are for example: height (it'll just be easiest to say your specific height so you know who is taller haha), facial hair, length of hair, bony body or beer gut? (lol), texture of skin (soft, hairy, oily, acne prone), smell (sweaty? perfume?). You should not describe things like the color of your skin, eyes, hair, or anything else that can only be seen.
- Also each maze is predetermined and different from every other maze so no one can cheat and know the answers from previous dates ^.^
- There is no word count or post number restriction for this thread as it will be determined by how many wrong turns you make.
OTHER NOTES:
- I know there are people getting close to proposals. Please do NOT propose during this date. You may do so at any time after this date.
- When proposals DO happen please let me know so I can set up your reveal thread!
- HOWEVER, there is currently no rush! This is only day 3 remember and there are approximately 10 days (ic) before you'll run out of time. (I do not have a specific end date for stage 1 in mind yet, I'm playing it by ear based on how everyone is doing, but there will be a limit at some point)
- After this date it will be up to YOU to start further dates. Further details will be provided in a PM as we get close to the end of this date.

A fried scorpion had been delivered to Valeria's door earlier that morning, from the IOU that Parker had given her during their second date, Amazon finally delivered.
"Hey Parker," Valeria called as the lights went down. "Got your scorpion this morning, you're right, crunch like chips, tastes kinda like some bbq seasoning, very interesting texture," She said with a laugh. "And now I can cross it off my bucket list., but first I'll have to add it to the list..."
She turned right as she spoke.

"Oh my gosh, you actually came!" Parker blurted out out when he heard Val's voice. "I wasn't sure you were going to..." he admitted. "Yeah and scorpions have more protein than chips, so if you want gains and stuff... ok well it's not that much protein."
"This maze thing is trippy, but I like that it's an adventure I'll never have before. I'm almost glad it's dark because you can't see and judge my dance moves and you might never realize that I'm dancing," Parker said with a laugh as he danced his way to the right.

"To be completely honest, I wasn't sure if I was going to, but I think I'm glad I did," Valeria said softly, "How could I not with that tasty scorpion? This whole thing is really hard Parker..."
"Don't worry, even if I could see your dancing, I probably wouldn't judge because I'm not great either but I do like dancing," Valeria said with a laugh, also glad to change the subject at least for now. "I did dance on a table or two way back in my college days, but I have no desire to do that again, like ever and no it's not because I fell." She said as she turned right.

"Woah, wild girl! You danced on tables at some point?" Parker exclaimed with a laugh, "Hey we all have history. I probably would still dance on a table, but it probably won't look good and someone will kick me off it. I dance like a dorky dad. Dance with me through, and maybe dance with me when we find each other?"
"No pressure though, only if you think it's fun," Parker added quickly. "I just think it could be really fun. I took ballroom dance as an elective in college, it was pretty fun. I didn't break anyone's toes but I don't think I look that graceful either."
"Andddd I just danced myself into a wall.... so I'm going to have to moonwalk backwards, and then turn left," he narrated.

Valeria laughed at all of Parker's antics, "Ok that does sound pretty fun," she said with a laugh. "I used to think I was a decent dancer, and maybe I was, but I am absolutely rusty now," She warned, before finding a wall and turning around.
"I got to take snowboarding instead of gym, that was probably one of the highlights of my collegiate careers," Valeria said, moving left "Ballroom was actually an option but I'd never turn down course credit for snow time. So maybe you can teach me a trick or two?"
There was some feet shuffling and a laugh, "Ok fine I'm dancing and you're right Parker, this is a shitload of fun. Wow Parker, only you could figure out how to make being lost in a dark maze this much fun, you really do make the best out of everything," Valeria said with admiration.

Valeria sighed, "Parker... I really like you. You feel like some kind of soulmate to me," Valeria said, tears springing to her eyes. "I really do love you but I don't know if I love you and..."
She stopped, both speaking and dancing. "What we have is just so special and I don't want to let it go but... when I think about our future together, it's all blurry and not because I can't see you because that doesn't matter." She took a deep breath to hold back her tears, "Wow... it's just... I still see a glass wall... and with Blake... I see a lot of stuff... and both ideas scare me in completely different ways..."

"Shit Parker, if you want me to not be crying then you need to so being so damn charming all the time," Valeria told him, "Of course I'll dance with you, how could I not? I need to find you first and well I'm pretty bad at this maze thing." she added with a tiny laugh.
"You're both too sweet... Sorry I didn't save any cheesecake for you... it was just too good," Valeria said with a light laugh, "You sir, you're a roller coaster... I love roller coasters though... I just never thought I could feel so many different things all at the same time and I think I might just explode."
