Here we are, the big reveal. These two have fallen in love inside the pods, have proposed, and become engaged all without ever having seen one another!! Is love truly blind? So far so good, but will they make it to their wedding day?
Yesterday they became engaged and today they finally get to see one another for the first time.
The Scene
They each are waiting behind closed doors, dramatic music plays, nerves and excitement at an ultimate high when finally the doors slide open automatically at the same time.
Between them is a long room with a strip of red carpet that leads to the other door, the walls are lined with greenery, roses, and candles and to reach each other in the middle will take several long strides.
Guidelines
- For your first post you will write a description of your character waiting behind the door, their thoughts/feelings etc. At the end of your writing you'll write about the doors opening.
- Below your writing please put a photo of your character at the bottom of the post and centered.
- AFTER your faces have been revealed you are free to change your account pictures whenever you're ready.
- At the end of the thread feel free to have them leave the room together.

Lainey was nervous as all get out. She stood there, staring down at her beat up converse while she nervously played with the hem of her dress. She'd made sure to look like perfection before entering the new room. Her dress was fancy, but not too fancy, as it was comfortable for her to move around in and not be as constricting. She didn't bother much for her hair other than wash it, and she made sure to tell Shaan to do light make up because she knew she'd be crying and didn't want mascara everywhere. Her shoes was more for practicality as she sure as heck knew she was going to be running down that hallway and into Deans arms, and didn't want to trip and fall on her face in heels. She bit her lip anxiously, but couldn't hide the giant smile growing on her face at the thought of Dean at the other end of the hallway, probably grinning himself as they waited.
She took a small moment to reflect on how she had gotten there, and couldn't help but laugh. She brought her hands up to her face, her hands on her cheeks. Three days she'd known the man, and already she was ready to say yes and marry him. But there was without a doubt in her mind that she loved Dean, and felt a connection with him. Like two old souls were finally reuniting and were finally going to be able to be together once again. It was sappy and cute as fuck, and made her grin like an idiot. Already she could feel tears starting to form, and she rapidly blinked, willing them away. She closed her eyes, taking deep breaths in through her nose and out through mouth. Her belly did a nervous roll, and her body felt alive with the anticipation. She began to roll up on the balls of her feet and back down in a slowly bouncing motion as she waited. She looked up at the ceiling and then at the doors again when she heard a click as the doors began to open.  |

Dean stood behind the door adjusting the sleeves of his jacket coat and taking slow, deep breaths. He moved back and forth between smiling more than he had ever had in his life and pressing his lips together through his nerves as he waited, unsure when the door would actually open. He wore a stylish, fitted light green button up shirt with a tan blazer over top of it, some dark blue tailored slacks, and tan dress shoes made with alligator skin. In his pants pocket was the clear outline of the shape of a ring box. He bounced on his heels as he waited, rubbing his wrists. He couldn't believe it had only been 4 days since the day he first heard Lainey's voice and now here they were. Logically it hadn't been that long, but it had felt like it had been ages and he couldn't believe that he was now so close to actually seeing her. He had no fear whatsoever of what she might look like. It didn't really matter, he was head over heels in love with this woman and was excited for their future together. And at that thought the doors slid open... |

As soon as the door's opened, Lainey was off, not waiting longer than she had too. "DEAAAAAAAAN!" She cried arms were pumping as she ran down the red carpet before she threw her arms out and practically threw herself into his arms. She'd wrap her arms around his neck, and then wrap her legs around his waist and hug him tight before she finally leaned back to get a good look at him. "Hi." She said beaming at him, while she stared into his beautiful blue eyes.

The door slid open and Dean caught his first glimpse of Lainey. His feet started to carry him forward before he even had the chance to think about it. The smile on his face couldn't have been bigger. He brought his hand to his mouth in awe and delight as he strode towards her, soon breaking into a jog to meet her in the center of the room.
She was...absolutely stunning. He wasn't surprised at all, of course, how could she not be beautiful? But WOW! She was...everything! His emotions overwhelmed him, even more severely than they had yesterday during the maze and tears pricked at his eyes as he dropped his hand, his cheeks already sore from his smile and he laughed with pure joy and adrenaline as she ran towards him.
As she leapt into his arms he was more than ready and caught her with ease, his arms around her to hold her up and he spun her around in a circle, hugging her. He stopped spinning when she leaned back to look at him and he gazed into her beautiful face. "Hi baby." He said, beaming and softly laughing in awe. "Damn, you're so beautiful!" He said to her, moving forward to kiss her before pulling back again to look at her.

Lainey was laughing crying, as tears fell down her cheeks as she grinned at him. "And you're so handsome!" She laughed. She leaned into his kiss and then was grinning when he pulled back. "I've been smiling so much my cheeks hurt." She snickered. She reached up to gently run her fingers through his hair, and then to really get a look at him. "It's a good thing you have a hold of me right now or else I'd probably be a puddle on the floor." She admitted, a slight blush appearing on her face. Hoooooo boy, Dean Baelish was hot, and he was aaaaallll hers.
She reached up and pinched her own cheek then to make sure she was wasn't dreaming. "Okay yeah, you're definitely real." She laughed.

Dean chuckled at her. "Oh ya, lover, I'm all real." He said with a grin and moved his hand to her face, his thumb brushing her tears away. "I can't believe I'm really here with you. I can't..." he was speechless and couldn't even finish what he was saying. "I love you so much, Lainey!" He said, placing a quick peck on her lips before leaning back and shouting. "I LOVE THIS WOMAN!!"

Lainey leaned into his touch as he wiped her tears away. She grinned widely and giggled as he went speechless and welcome his quick peck, and then she was laughing, which was bringing more tears to her yes but in the good way. She rested her hands on his shoulders before she leaned back as well, and looked up to the ceiling as she shouted. "AND I LOVE THIS MAN!"
She looked back at him, and cupped his face, resting her forehead against his. "I really really love this man." She whispered as a smile graced her lips.

Dean laughed, tears pricking his eyes again as she whispered to him. He spun her around once more and then moved to gently set her back down. "I have something for you. Can you manage to stand without toppling over?" He asked her with a playful smirk.

Lainey put her feet to the ground and looked up at him. She bit her lip, having the feeling she knew what was about to come next and make this whole experience all the more real. "Maybe, but you might have to catch me right after you do what I think you're going to do." She told him, her voice cracking slightly with the emotion she was suddenly feeling.

Dean chucked. "Deal." He cleared his throat, pulled the ring box out of his pocket before getting down on one knee. "Now, considering I didn't have enough foresight to actually ask your preference, this is just a small promise ring. I figured we could go pick out rings together." He admitted with a little chuckle. "But I do know your favorite color is blue, so I went with that." He opened up the box to reveal a small sapphire ring. "Will you still marry me, Lainey?" He asked her, gazing up into her blue eyes. |

Lainey covered her mouth with both her hands, not trusting herself to start ugly crying. Tears pooled into her eyes as she watched Dean get down on one knee for the "proper" proposal. She was grinning behind her hands, but her bottom lip was quivering. She was practically melting in a muddle right then and there, and she didn't think he had any idea.
Her eyes went to the ring and she gasped. It was small and delicate, not too gaudy, the color nearly took her breath away and it was perfect. So very perfect.
She nodded her head yes rapidly, this time he'd actually be able to see the head nod. "Yes." She managed to choke out, continuing her nod of approval as she held her left hand out to him. "This is nuts." She whispered and then laughed. After Dean put the ring on she'd pull her hand closer to look at it and then grinned like a love-struck idiot. Because she was one at that moment. "I love it, I love you." She told him, glancing at him, before she went to hug him.

Dean beamed up at her from his place in the floor when she said yes again. It felt just as amazing as it did the first time. He took her hand and brought it to his lips, placing a kiss on her ring finger right where he’d put her ring before he removed the ring from the box and slipped it onto her finger.
He stood up and squeezed her tightly when she hugged him. Then he lifted her chin up if she let him and leaned down to kiss her lips, tucking her hair behind her ear as he did so.

Lainey tilted her head back when Dean lifted her chin, and smiled right before he kissed her. Her hands laced together in his hair, resting her thumbs behind his ears. The kiss was nice and tender, gentle, but spoke louder then words in that moment for the two souls who were finally becoming rightfully one.
Lainey deepened the kiss slowly, running her tongue against the seam of his lips while her body pressed into his. After a few moments she'd force herself to pull back, her breathing a bit quickened. "I forget we're on TV..." She mumbled before she smirked at him.

Dean growled playfully when he felt her tongue and chuckled when spoke. "Ah yes, good point." He replied. He smiled, gazing down at her. "I can't believe I get to spend the rest of my life loving you." He told her sincerely.

Lainey smiled up at him as her thumbs stroked the skin gently behind his ears and played with his hair. "I know pretty crazy right? I hope you don't mind sleeping with a bed hog." She said with a grin. "Oh, and a dog." She murmured against his lips before she gave him a quick kiss. "We're going to need a very big bed." She giggled.

He glanced towards the door and slipped his hand into hers, bringing it up to kiss her knuckles. “Shall we go, fiancée?”

"He's going to be soooo excited." She laughed. "He's not used to fighting for my affection either, but I know he's going to love you." She said.
A blush appeared on her face and she couldn't help the small giggle. "That is definitely going to take some getting used too, but yes!" She said with a small bounce. Excitement now coursing through her.
