Fresh Starts

The resort was amazing. It was everything Parker would've picked out himself except he wouldn't have know how to pick out the most perfect woman in the world without the help of the experimented. He had spent most of the flight diving through the guidebook and whatever else he could find in the bookstore on Santorini. He had scribbled away notes, highlights, food, and cool things to see in his journal. He also made himself a few notes on romantic stuff, because he needed to keep reminding himself that this was a real vacation, not a work trip.

"Oh yes, this is perfect!" Parker said, thinking out loud as his brain started doing calculations on the place that only Parker would understand. He had been very observant of the many amenities of the place the entire walk through the lobby. He tucked his bags into a corner and quickly checked the bedside table for the little request he had given Dave from bagels. Production must be made of genies because the request was well granted and there was an added brightness to his already excited eyes.

Then he bounced over to Shaan, and tackled her onto the couch with a flurry for kisses on her neck and face. "We can do anything you want baby. Anything at all." he told her.

Parker laughed mischievously at surprising Shaan. Then he shifted to unwrap his gift. There must have been some strings pulled indeed because production loved their over the top drama way too much most of the time. He had the biggest smile when he saw what was inside, "Shaan, it's perfect, we can have our own adventure book, just you and me," he said before tucking it safely back under the couch and leaning over, prying Shaan's hands from her face and kissing her. "Does this mean you'll still fly with me sometimes?" he asked with an eyebrow waggle.

"We have a whole week or whatever to do all the stuff from the books, and we can always come back here," he said with a chuckle, "I'm serious, what do you want to do? There's food or sightseeing or we could go down to the spa or Dave from Bagels got us some rope, we could go swimming, or we could walk along the beach," Parker said, casually. "I mean we could also go looking for our friends if we can find them, but I don't think we'll be able to find Blake and Val until... probably no sooner tomorrow afternoon..."

Parker laughed, "Hey everything I asked our sweet Davey to do, I did for you," he protested. "He's a man of very good taste and I hope he gets to be in the experiment next season. Plus, he'll probably be the one making sure I don't lose the rings or garter or anything at our wedding."

"I think we're all going to be friends at the end of this, I mean who else isn't going to look at us like we're crazy when we talk about how we met," Parker said with another laugh, "it's ok that you kissed Penn. I mean... I did kiss the soon to be wife of one of my best friends... and we did spend the past like 20 hours in close quarters with them."

Then he kissed Shaan, "for the record, I like kissing you more," he told her. Then he moved his lips to kiss down her throat and her neck, whatever wasn't covered by an oversized hoodie.

Parker snuggled Shaan and stroked her pretty blonde hair. "Sweetie, if you ever have an issue, all I'm asking is that you talk to me before you jump to conclusions or do anything crazy. I'll listen, I promise. Just promise that you'll talk to me..." he said as he lovingly gazed into her eyes. "I'm never going to leave you." 

"I mean... I want to be friends with Val. I think she's a really cool person and obviously Blake and I are really tight and I don't think we're ever going to see them apart." he chuckled at that part, Blake and Val looked pretty much attached at the hip. "I actually don't know if Blake knows that Val and I kissed and I guess he'd rather hear about it from her than me... but you'll protect me from getting my ass kicked right? Also for the record, if you want to get even and kiss Val too, I don't blame you and you totally get a free pass, but if Blake joins then I want in too," Parker said with a wink.

"And you're the one that said you wanted rope," Parker said, suddenly getting all blushy and flustered, "I mean I know ways to use it and stuff but there's like a lot of options!" he blurted out. "There's ummmm other stuff too in that drawer because yeah... Dave... I don't think Dave is is as innocent as you think he is..."

"Note to self, remove locks from bathroom doors..." Parker said, "Maybe I can help you get off that trampoline, even though trampolines are pretty fun..."

He leaned over to give Shaan a long and slow kiss. "yep, there's feelings alright." he said when he was done, "But they don't suck. They're the opposite of suck." With that, he went back to kissing her, only stopping for his next comment as it popped into his head. "I never said I don't know how to use rope, I'm just saying there's a lot of ways it can go," Parker said with a mock huff, then an innocent looking shrug as he started oh so slowly started sliding a hand up Shaan's shirt.

"What? I really suck at lockpicking and I can't make all that stuff better if I can't hold you," Parker said, because that's how Parker logic worked. The last thing he wanted was to always be locked away from problems. He was the type of person that wants to fix problems, solution oriented thinking, or whatever fancy words they wanted to call it in architecture school.

"Sooo umm what did those novels of your say about rope huh?" he asked with a cheeky grin. He was actually pretty curious what some of these fantasies were. "I mean if you want to try and stuff, we can also still just cuddle or swim or just like talk about stuff..." he said quickly, cheeks flushing pink. "Whatever you feel like doing, no pressure or anything!"

"Ok, we can figure that out when we get home. I can't really go removing locks in a hotel suite can I?" Parker said, with an affectionate nuzzle. He followed her gaze to her bag, "What are you hiding something in there that I need to see?" he teased, with a daring "I might just go grab it" type of look in his eyes. "Well like if you're not in the mood I can just order us some fries and chicken tenders or something... we don't have to do stuff right now if you're not feeling it... " Parker said awkwardly, "but like if you are in the mood then like... there's more space on the bed..."

He kissed up Shaan's jaw and to her ear "but you can throw yourself at me any time you want," he whispered.

Parker gave her a long exasperated but obviously just being dramatic mock sigh. "Ok." he said very simply.

Then he flashed Shaan a roguish grin. He gave her a big sloppy kiss before picking her up and throwing her on the bed. Then he dived onto the bed next to her and picked up the phone on the bedside table, hitting the button for room service.

"Yes, I need two orders of chicken tenders and fries, an order of mozzarella sticks, some warm chocolate chip cookies, and a banana split. But I don't need any of that for another two hours." he said into the phone, "thanks so much!" he put down the phone and returned to Shaan with a cheeky grin. He unzipped her hoodie and gently pulled it off.

He stared for a moment, deciding just what to do next and settled for running a finger along the waistband of Shaan's jeans, "You're wearing a lot today," he observed before going in to kiss her.

Parker pretended to be completely oblivious though he couldn't hide the smile. "I dunno, you didn't sound too hungry but I know I'll be starving in 2 hours..." he said as innocently as possible. He burst out laughing about what Shaan thought his plans were and kissed her back when she hugged him.

"Oh is someone excited for some tendies?" he teased as he moved his hands up her back under her shirt and then the front. He pushed her back down on the bed with a playful growl. "But what about appetizers? Like kisses?" he asked innocently before attacking her lips with his. He pinned her wrist to the bed with his hands. His lips moved from her lips up her jaw and to her ear. He stayed there for a moment and sucked on an earlobe before whispering, "I told you, I'll give you whatever you want love."
