Parker held on tight to Shaan. At least tickling was a lot less violent than he imagined this could possibly play out. Lainey and Val looked ready to kill. And of course Shaan goes for the kill them compliments route? Distraction was a good strategy!
He watched as River went down and then as Blake and Val came over, this was about to get a little messier.

"Awww but where's the fun in that?" Val said with a cackle, giving Blake's shoulder a light pat. Val was sure she'd have extra fun taking down Parker and Shaan, because that's what friendly competition was all about. Shaan was tiny, that would go either very good or very bad, but Val was always about taking risks.

Unfortunately it seemed Blake's blindness was too much of a disadvantage and Blake Carson & Valeria Winter soon fell into the water.

Lainey grinned widely as she grappled with Shaan. She could see Val go down out of the corner of her eye, this meant she'd managed to outlast betting ganged up on twice and her final opponent was upon her. "Thanks, so you do you guys." She said at Shaan's compliment. "No hard feelings?" She asked, before she laughed. This was actually rather fun, and she was enjoying herself.

In all honesty, Parker had no idea they'd actually end up with a chance of winning this thing. He really wasn't one for fighting and if Val and Blake were down already, he was just a pipsqueak terrified of getting an elbow to the face.
"I'm holding!" He reported, gripping Shaan's legs to his shoulders. "Get here Shaan!" he said with a laugh, charging forward as much as he could for Shaan.

After a fierce, or playful, battle soon Shaan Vladislav and Parker Domino fell into the water. Leaving Dean Baelish and Lainey Yurkovich as the victors!!!
Once everyone was out of the water they would be told their prize. A private helicopter tour of the area and a romantic dinner on a private island set for the next day.
GUIDELINES:
- Enjoy the party!! The time is now yours to do as you wish. You are also free to thread for the next few days. Feel free to start one-on-one threads, double dates, group threads...anything you wish. I'll plan to throw something else up for their last day before they head home. They will spend a total of about 7 days here and we will move on from Stage 2 on June 22nd, so you have until then!

Shaan lost her balance and unlocked her legs from around Parker Domino as she fell into the pool. She came up and brushed the water off her face with a laugh. "Nice job guys!" She said as she waded over to Parker and almost koala clung to his back. "Seriously I was pretty sure I could take you!" She said with a happy laugh as she looked around at everyone else. It was certainly weird to see everyone together. "So whats everyone been up to so far?" |

It was a close call but Val fell to her defeat in her attempted lunge. She had gravely miscalculated her reach as she was used to playing with her brother, as a team that had been the same size the past few years. She fell into the water with a splash but came back up to playfully splash Blake, "it was a good try," she giggled before giving him a kiss.
When they announced the prize, Valeria burst out laughing, "Ya know, I'm glad someone who will enjoy that prize a lot more than we would won it," she said with a wink to Blake, "Maybe we can go find a boat tour or something."
She looked over to Shaan, "I love this man, but it's nice to see other people too," she said with a laugh. "I think you said shots earlier?"

Cleo laughed as she watched the rest of the battle and cheered and clapped when Dean Baelish and Lainey Yurkovich won. "Oh that was a so fun." She told Alex as she wrapped her arms around his waist and kissed his cheek. It didn't bother her that they had got out first, it was all in good fun.
She then moved towards Hugh Pennington and River Hughes who had fallen second, slipping her hand into Alex's if he let her and gently tugging him with her. "Well that's certainly one way to break the ice between everyone wasn't it?" She said with an amused smile.

Dean had cheered when Shaan Vladislav had fallen in the water. "Hell ya!" He shouted and playfully flexed his muscles as if his own strength had anything to do with winning, though he knew perfectly well that Lainey Yurkovich had done all the hard work. He then playfully grabbed Lainey's calves and lifted them in order to toss her off his shoulders.
If she didn't grab onto him more tightly and fell into the water he'd immediately scoop her up, laughing, and then give her the biggest puppy dog eyes he could manage.
When the prize was revealed he beamed at Lainey. "Well that just sounds awesome!" He said enthusiastically.

Penn had laughed at River Hughes's comment and scooped her up to take her further away from the action and they watched from the sidelines, hanging out in the water on the edge of the pool. He watched with an amused gaze and made appropriate cringing 'ooo's' as each subsequent team fell into the water before cheering and cat calling the winners.
As Cleo Saintclair and Alex Knight approached them, Penn smiled and nodded. "It did lighten up the tension, didn't it?" He said with a chuckle.

Lainey gave one last shove and watched as Shaan fell into the water. Her arms then went over her head as she whooped with joy. "YAAAAAAAAAAAASSSSSSS!!!!!" She roared. Lainey held her arms out then and let herself fall backwards, off Dean's shoulders. She didn't try to cling to Dean and let herself be the last to fall into the water. When she came back up she had the biggest grin on her face as Dean scooped her up. She wrapped her arms around his neck, and listened to what they'd won. "That sounds fan-freaking-tastic." She said. Her excitement over winning showing. "Told you we'd win." She grinned as she leaned up to kiss his cheek.

River laughed at Cleo Saintclair's comment as she hoisted herself out of the water to sit on the ledge with her legs dangling into the pool--which left her feeling a little tall as she now had her head above Hugh Pennington's. "No kidding! That was a little hectic, though. I think I'll stick to board games and badminton, please. I was a little afraid someone was gonna get elbowed in the face." She made a face. "But all's well that ends well, I suppose! And the pool is definitely nice." |

Shaan looked over to Val with a wide grin and a nod. "Yes! Shots!" She exclaimed happily as she hoisted herself out of the pool, walking over to the drinks and arranging up a shot of tequila for her and Valeria Winter . She thought for a moment and got one for the boys too, and one for Dean Baelish and Lainey Yurkovich . "Hey! No hard feelings at all." She said as she came over with her handful of shots, offering them out to Blake Carson and Parker Domino too. She took a moment though. "You guys want one?" She asked towards River Hughes and Hugh Pennington and then towards Cleo Saintclair and Alex Knight . She didn't want to leave anyone out of the shots. |

Alex was happy just to be a part of something, this whole thing was fun and he was glad they did it. When she slipped his hand to hers he held it tightly and walked with her to Hugh Pennington and River Hughes. He was happy that Cleo made friends during this whole thing. "Yeah it was really fun. Can certainly say I wasn't expecting a game of chicken." He said with a small laugh. At hearing the offer of a shot he turned his head and gave a nod. "Im down for one!" |

"Oh yes! The pool is perfect." Cleo said happily in response to River Hughes. "I still can't believe how beautiful it is here, it's breathtaking!"
At Shaan Vladislav's question Cleo shook her head politely. "I'm good, thanks though." She tossed Alex Knight a little wink, more than happy to let him enjoy his shot.

Dean couldn't have been happier, Lainey Yurkovich's vibe only fueled his own enthusiasm. They were perhaps turning into kindling for each other's fires. "SHOTS!" He shouted loudly and moved over to Shaan Vladislav at the bar while tugging Lainey with him. He thanked Shaan and handed off one to his fiancee. He'd wait to actually take the shot until everyone who wanted one had one.

Penn was enjoying the vibrant atmosphere of the party and laughed and Dean and Lainey's loud outbursts. "I'm good too, thanks." He said to Shaan Vladislav, offering her a little smile, though there was perhaps of bit of awkwardness to the expression. After all, it was the first time he had spoken directly to her since their last encounter after the maze.
