It is day 8! Just over 1 week since you first met your soon-to-be spouses and a few days since you arrived in Santorini! Now that you've been enjoying some alone time, The Producers has organized a pool party for all the couples! This will be the first time that some of you have met in person and the first time that all of the couples have been gathered together.
One of the pools, and attached hot tubs, has been reserved entirely for you for the evening. It is currently around 4 o'clock. There is food to eat and drinks are served and music playing in the background.
The Producers has also set up a competitive game of Chicken for you and has announced that there will be a special prize for the winners. Of course, each couple is one team. You are NOT required to participate, you may opt out if you wish to do so!
GUIDELINES
- For your first post, please put [I'M IN] OR [I'M OUT] at the top of your post to let me know if you plan to play the game! We'll go on from there! <3
- This will be a group game, everyone will play at the same time rather than one on one.
- After the game, the thread will continue with the party.

Penn was pretty excited to see everybody and have a little pool party. He wasn't normally an overly social person but that was usually in situations like huge, crowded parties where he didn't know most of the people there. In this case, he had met everyone, though he hadn't seen everyone yet. Well, namely one person. There was one person he hadn't seen yet. And he felt a little...anxious about seeing Shaan Vladislav. They hadn't exactly left things on the best of terms, though in the end it was her who had decided to officially end things. He was just glad to have River with him now.
As the game was announced Penn grinned and chuckled, a little look of excitement in his eyes. This sounded like fun. He smiled down at River Hughes and gave her a questioning look. "What do you think, Buttercup? Do you want to play? I'm fine either way." He told her.

She heard about the announcement for a game and a party. She had gotten dressed and headed out, she felt a little bit self conscious about going down but she decided that she would probably just meet Parker there. She wore a dark blue bikini and had a hoodie unzipped around her arms. She carried her sunscreen in her hand. She was honestly terrified to see everyone, and even more terrified to show up with Parker. Not that she didn't adore him but it was certainly something she understood probably no one was expecting aside of Val and thats because they had actually talked.
She came down to the pool area and was taken aback. She recognized the girls and made the assumptions on what guy was with who. She spotted Hugh Pennington and instantly dropped her gaze. She was not looking forward to this in the slightest. She made her way to an empty chair and sat down absently applying the sun screen to her arms and face again. She knew she burned easy and wasnt looking forward to too much sun time. |

[I'M IN] This was exciting. Val hadn't seen much of anyone else the past few days and was excited to reconnect with her new friends. Her ears tuned out as soon as they said competition. Valeria wasn't really listening much further and didn't care about a prize at all. The true prize was glory. This was their first team challenge as a couple and Val had an undeniable competitive streak in her. Maybe it came from her days in boardercross, maybe it came from growing up as the shorter twin, whatever reason, Val loved a game. "Babe, we have to win," she said gleefully as she looked over to Blake Carson . "We're going to crush it." With that she shed the button up she had been wearing as a coverup to reveal her bikini and raised her arms and arched her back in a stretch. She had a potentially scary smile on her lips. Alex had changed into a pair of plain black swim trunks and a plain white tanktop. He was excited for a lot of things, seeing Cleo in a bathing suit was one of them. Not that he hadn't seen more but a swimsuit was always exciting. He headed down to the party with her and took a look out at everyone. He had seen them all so it wasnt really terribly exciting, except for one girl. He waved to her and looked over at Cleo with a raised eyebrow and mouthed "Who?" to her. Not hearing the voice probably threw him off.
He was excited for the game being announced. He looked at Cleo Saintclair "...Are you doing this..We neeeeeed to do this!" He said with a small laugh, he was excited about the idea of a game of chicken. He leaned over and placed a soft kiss on Cleos cheek with a grin on his face. "You look stunning by the way." He whispered softly in her ear |

[I'M IN] River's necklace had ended up in her mouth the moment they were around the others; she didn't mind being in her brand new swimsuit around Penn in the slightest, but her usual body image issues kicked into a frenzy when she saw the others, especially Shaan Vladislav , whose suit seemed to be defying the laws of physics. She was definitely the most average looking person here. Penn was going to regret his choice. He'd get distracted by someone else he'd been in the maze with and--no. She shook her head slightly at herself. That wasn't true, and she ought to know. Heat rose to her cheeks as she remembered the way he'd looked at her before. Nope, she was gonna be fine. She'd half missed the explanation of the game, but she smiled up at Hugh Pennington and let her necklace fall back to her chest. He looked excited, and she didn't think any of her friends would really hurt her, so there was no harm in it, right? "Sure, it should be fun! I can't guarantee we'll win, though..." |

[I'm In] There needed to be a stronger word than "nervous" for Parker. He did have to admit that he was curious to see what the rest of the girls looked like. There were all these girls that had all dumped him, plus their fiancees. This was either going to be really good or really bad and Parker's palms were sweating. He clung to Shaan's hand as they walked down to the pool. He wore some colorful swim trunks, an unbuttoned Hawaiian shirt, along with sunglasses, and a hat. Yes, Parker does indeed have a naturally hairless chest. Also, he couldn't take his eyes off his fiancee. This was so different than any other time he had shown up to a resort pool with a lady. Maybe she was as nervous as he was, after all he wasn't the only one that left that maze on less than great terms. "Want some help with that sunscreen?" he asked Shaan. He stuck pretty close to her, at least for now. Then he listened to the announcement about the competition. "Ooo that sounds fun! A little scary too... but do you wanna do it?" he asked. Hopefully everyone would remain civil and no one would want to punch him in the face. |

Cleo was excited to see everyone again, and a pool party sounded perfect. She was curious about seeing if there were guys there that she hadn't seen before, but she wasn't even sure who all was here. She was wearing a simple blue bikini , certainly nothing as fancy as Shaan and Val. River looked very pretty though, she loved the floral pattern and the color of her swimsuit.
Cleo was not at all insecure about Alex Knight being into the other girls, partly due to her experience with him and also definitely due to what she had learned of him since they had arrived here. The confidence and security felt really really nice. When he silently questioned who the girl was she replied with a whisper. "Shaan." And then returned the question about the man she was with. She had known that Shaan was into a couple of guys. Was this Parker or Trout? Or maybe someone else?
"I'm in." She told him playfully when he seemed so excited to play, grinning at him. This ought to be fun. Or at least amusing, even if she was terrible. "I haven't played in years."
As he whispered in her ear to compliment her she blushed a little and wiggled her hips playfully, tossing him a little wink.

[MAH LADY SAYS I'M IN] Blake was rather excited to see everyone again, well...only sort of. He hoped the airport story didn't get circled around too much. He was dressed in brightly colored swim trunks with a yes...surfing dinosaur on them. He had a towel tossed over his shoulder and he held Val's hand as they walked down down to the pool. His eyeglasses case and sunscreen in his other hand. He was...a bit nervous, hoping to just stay to the shallow end of the pool. Swimming wasn't his strong suit, but he didn't hate it. Once they arrived and he heard the game he tilted his head slightly. "What?" He asked curiously. He tossed his towel down on one of the open chairs. He'd outgrown any insecurities about his scars he had a long time ago, and he wouldn't be surprised if someone asked about them later. He started putting sunscreen on when Val caught his attention and he began to turn slightly red. He gave his head a shake, and then spotted River Hughes and Hugh Pennington. "Be right back, I wanna thank River for the audio book." He told Val, giving her a quick kiss, and then letting his finger slip under her strap playfully snapped it. He walked over towards River and Penn, a large grin on his face. "River!" He called. "You lady, are a freaking life saver." If she allowed he'd pull her into a quick hug, and then let her go. Making sure to keep his hands where Penn could see them. "We're gonna have to talk Frankenstein later, that audio book literally saved me from puking all over Val on that plane." He laughed. He looked a bit sheepishly at the two of them. Using one of his hands to scratch the back of his head. "Uh...thanks for your help too at the airport." He grinned at Penn and patted him on the shoulder. "Nice catch. I owe you both. Seriously." He told them. Gratitude was clear in his eyes. |

Dean was more than happy to go to a pool party, that was exactly his jam. He had no issues or drama with anyone since he had pretty much only focused on Lainey Yurkovich since day one. It at least made things easier. When the two of them showed up it seemed that everyone was already there. It was probably his fault, he couldn't keep his hands off of Lainey.
He wore simple mid thigh length beach shorts that were a teal blue color and nothing else but towels in hand for himself and his beautiful fiancee. At the mention of the game Dean's face lit up.
"Hell ya!" He sound loudly and excitedly. Oh they were definitely playing.

[I'M IN] Lainey was practically bouncing as she walked next to Dean. Excited to see how Cleo and River were doing, and not to mention...Cleo owed her some specific details on Alex... She'd put on her second swimsuit, and had Dean's help on putting on sunscreen, which was probably why they were so late. But she was honestly late to everything so she wasn't surprised. When she heard what they were playing she was bouncing even more. "OH FUCK YES!" She shouted, not bothering to censor herself. "Dean dean dean deaaaaaaan." She sang as she looked up at him. "You realize we got the advantage right?" She whispered. Her competitive streak beginning to show. As far as she knew Dean and her were the only two that frequented a gym on the daily. Which meant they had strength on their side. "We work out." She hip bumped and cackled as she found a chair to toss the suncreen bottle in. |

With everyone opting to play, the game would begin. The rules: Be the last team standing. If you fall then you're out. Also don't play dirty. Winner takes the prize.
GUIDELINES
1- Decide who will be on top and who will be on bottom. I would assume that most women will be on top, but hey, it's not up to me to decide. haha.
2- In your post you'll write about starting the game AND you need attempt to get someone out. In other words, every team MUST make contact with another team. No one lingering on the sidelines.
3- At the TOP of your post please put a number between 1 and 10.
4- Let everyone reply before posting again, only one post per round of the game please.
How the game works:
Partly based off chance and partly off skill. I will use a random number generator to choose a number between 1 and 20. The team whose combined numbers are FURTHEST from my chosen number will fall into the water. The rest will move on.
I asked if your character's skill level was good, bad, or in the middle.
If you said:
Good- Your character will get a bonus +3 towards the right number.
Bad- Your character will get -3 away from the right number.
Middle- No change from your current number.

Dean smirked excitedly at Lainey Yurkovich. He loved Lainey's enthusiasm. They absolutely had an advantage over many of the other teams, maybe all of them. There were some who had strong players but Dean was convinced that they had the strongest team overall.
As they got into the pool he kissed her before whispering in her ear. "Just don't hurt anyone." He said jokingly, knowing she wouldn't. He then ducked down into the water to help her onto his shoulders before standing again. He took a moment to wipe the water from his eyes and when the game officially started Dean moved towards the couple who were closest to them, Hugh Pennington and River Hughes. Penn was tall but Dean was sure they had the skill to overtake them. He came at them with basically a war cry as he shouted loudly and excitedly.

"Well, winning is the least of my worries. It'll be fun." Penn said with a smile and hugged River Hughes against his side. As they moved into the water he held his hand out to help her and only once ensuring that she was ready he moved to get her onto his shoulders. His hands clung securely to her thighs, keeping her place.
As soon as the game started he heard the charging shout from Dean. It was a little startling but he grinned and turned to face them so they had a better chance of taking them down. "Get 'er, babe!" He cheered on River as he kept the two of them as sturdy as he could and moved forward against Dean Baelish and Lainey Yurkovich.

5 As soon as the rules were read, Val herded Blake Carson into the pool. "Don't worry babe, all you have to do is charge at full speed and we'll be fine!," she said, giving him a quick peck on the lips. "I believe in you sweetheart." Then she hauled herself up to sit on his shoulders. "Let's go after Cleo Saintclair and Alex Knight," she told Blake with an all too happy grin. And with that she prepared for one hell of a chicken fight. Competitive was Valeria in a nutshell, but as long as she got to have some fun with Blake, she'd be ok win or lose. |

7 Parker did curiously look over the girls he didn't recognize. They were pretty to guess since all of the guys had declared a one and only early on. He still felt pretty shy around them, maybe even more shy around the girls that he had gotten to know. Val was really the only that made him nervous considering they kissed each other. Shaan was obviously still the prettiest in his eyes, aside from Val everyone looked a bit more tame than his type. "Come on, it'll be fun!" Parker said pulling Shaan to her feet. He picked her up bridal style, spun her around, and carried her to the pool where he promptly put her down. Then he helped her onto his shoulders. "Ok so who are we taking down first?" he asked. Once Shaan Vladislav decided, he'd hold on tight and charge forward as fast as he can. |

9 "Okay! I'll do my best, no matter what. It's a good thing dad made me take swim classes when I was little..." River answered, leaning into Hugh Pennington's hug. As they all entered the pool she tensed up a little bit and bounced on the balls of her feet until Penn hoisted her onto his shoulders. She was a little surprised by how high up she felt being up there, but his hold on her thighs eased her nerves about that. River squeaked when she saw Dean and Lainey coming for them at full speed and she put her hands out to catch Lainey by the shoulders as they got close enough. "Lainey you're like one of my best friends ever so please don't kill me." She blurted out, laughing but also flinching a bit as they tried to push each other into the water. She laughed and squealed as she fought to stay on Penn's shoulders and the water splashed around them. "This is insane!" |

"I'll behave. Somewhat..." Lainey smirked up at Dean. Standing on her tiptoes to receive his kiss before she followed him out into the water. Oh yeah, she was excited. She climbed up onto Dean's shoulders, adjusting herself to make sure she was good, before she rested her hands on her knee's while Dean determined their target.
She laughed at his war cry as he charged toward River and Penn, and Lainey readied herself. She didn't want to hurt River, but she also wanted to win. "Aaaww River, your one of my best friends too! But sorry about this. Lainey cackled out with a laugh as she place her hands on River's shoulders. She made sure her grip was firm, but not too firm as she she didn't want to bruise River. "This is fun!" She laughed.

7 Yeah, totally. Just charge through a water at their friends with a person on your shoulders. Easy. Not. Blake thought, but he smiled as Val tried to reassure him. he lowered himself down in the water while she climbed up onto her shoulders. He wiped at his face to get the water out of eyes, and then wrapped his arms around her legs like he saw the other boys doing it. "Which blobs are they?" Blake chuckled. Once Val pointed him in the right direction, he took a steady step first, getting a feel for their weight, before he took a deep breath and then as his lady asked of him. He heard Dean do a battle cry, so Blake joined in with his own as he charged towards Cleo Saintclair and Alex Knight . |

Shaan let out a laugh as she was spun and picked up. One of the perks of being small was getting to be tossed around, and in her case doing the actual tossing. "Oh yeah it will be... Hey Parks." She leaned in and whispered something in his ear with a little smirk before getting up on his shoulders. She considered for a moment and waited, letting everyone go to who they wanted. Well since there was an odd number she figured she would take on a decent threat.
