You arrived yesterday and met all of your suite mates. Today is your first day of dates! This morning your phones were all taken from you and will be returned either when you go home or at the start of stage 3! No social media, no contact with the outside world, just a chance for you to focus on your connections with other people here. (You were told this would be the case when you first signed up to be a participant)
The first round of dates will be relatively quick. You'll get a chance to meet all the ladies/gents. The first dates will last about 10-20 minutes (IC) and the purpose is a short little getting to know you.
Here are some topics you might consider talking about (though it's TOTALLY up to you):
General lifestyle (partier/works a lot/spends most time at home alone)
Occupation
Hopes for this event/what you're looking for in a spouse
Hobbies/Passions

- Remember to keep physical descriptions out of your conversations.
- Each person gets only 10 posts in this thread!
- Posts are limited to 150 words! The idea is to give your characters a little taste but leave them wanting MORE!

“I do too.” He chuckled. “I wanted to help people. That’s the short answer. The long answer is I’ve always liked people, and wanted to spread some good in the world. I’ve see. A loooooot of the bad, and wanted to make a difference. So I try and do that by saving lives.” He gave her a moment to take in what he said. “What do you Gem?”

"Nah girl, you're just doing your own thing. I sometimes think my hobbies are boring because I'm by myself a lot. I really only hang with friends from work periodically because we're all so busy working, and I have to stay at the hospital some nights."
"What sort of TV are you into? I'm more of a Netflix guy, but I watch a lot of the food channel. Chopped is probably my favorite."

"Maybe you just haven't found the right one yet." He said with a smile. "I think most people now days paint this ideal picture of what they want and then try and force it on their partner. I dunno, I also feel like some people don't try? Does that make sense? Like, relationships take work, and if your not willing to put the time and effort in they'll fall apart."
